Mission for this Position The mission of the Caregiver (Memory Care Professional) is to improve quality of life for Tender Rose clients and their families. The Caregiver (MCP) will provide non-medical companionship care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our caregivers (MCPs) deliver person-centered, activity-based care focused around luxury-brand customer service to improve the mood and quality of life for their clients, families and other caregivers.    What We Offer
